Unfair reasons for rejecting my claim

Baught a bakkie from them, excellent service selling me the car. A few days after the sale, knowing that there may be some issues that needs attention as per the Dekra report, the car cut out and I was stuck far away from home. I had to call my Auto Electrician to tow me. The electrician found dangerous loose open wires under the car that made a short and blew some components. I ordered the immediate repair. Lodged a complaint, by referring to the Dekra report where nothing is mentioned about the wires. Webuycars declined the claim. I referred to Dekra, the Dekra manager admitted that they did not pick up the fault on the inspection but declined my claim since I repaired the vehicle already. Not happy and will warn anybody to doubt the credibility of such a report. The vehicle has had another few issues. I will not buy from this company ever again
