Unfair Practice

Saw a vehicle online at the Durban branch, arranged for a test drive and was satisfied. Filled in the application form to purchase the vehicle and requested a pro forma invoice so that I could apply for finance via my banker, only to be told that they don't allow external finance applications and only in-house finance is done. What a load of *******. Their website clearly states that the purchaser can apply for their own finance. I should be able to choose who I want my finance to be with and not be obligated to accept the interest rates which they get from their "Buddies" at the banks which is highly inflated. Probably enjoying good kick backs from the Banks for finalizing deals on higher interest rates. This is unfair business practice. I should approach the Consumer Commission to clarify my rights as a consumer.
