Unetical Deal

I bought a car from them to the value of 403 and ended up with a contract for almost 480 .I have Called with back wesbank and they advise they have paid the dealership .I called the dealership 2 weeks ago stating i want to cancel this deal they promise to sort it out nothing i had to follow up with both them and wesbank and they i was told by the dealership they will pay the money back into my account(wesbank `) i requested a new contract and was told it will not happen ,.I recieved a call back from the bank and they informated me to speak to management i feel like they srae stoling me so i can be pass my cooling period i am not happy at all
