********* Sales, nothing is ever in good faith with them
I was duped into including a warranty I did not need when i bought a car from them.
After finding this out they directed me to innovation group for a refund, innovation only refunded a portion of it and advised that the balance should come from we buy cars. I have made numerous enquiries through Rory from their Phumelela Park branch who has since started ignoring me after multiple promises that head office is dealing with this and will get back to me. I has been almost 4 months now and still no money. Very unprofessional.

12 Jan 2021, 08:46Piehan Pieterse apparently from head office got in touch with me, after a back and forth were i had to explained my issue he finally gave in to my concerns and asked me for my account details as the fault really was with them.
Its been over a month now and again my emails are being ignored. They just want me to forget about the money they owe me not to mention the interest incurred over the last two years. ********* company which I would not recommend anyone to deal with. So disapointed.

Piehan Pieterse apparently from head office got in touch with me, after a back and forth were i had to explained my issue he finally gave in to my concerns and asked me for my account details as the fault really was with them.
