I sold my vehicle to webuycars brackenfell in February 2021 - in August 2021 I am receiving summons' to appear in court for traffic violations made by the new owner in March and April 2021. What ********* and *****ed operation is this - that resells vehicles without conducting proper due diligence of transferring ownership as per the sale agreement - the vehicle could have been used in a ******* / ****** / hijacking - and the previous owner ie Me would have to account for their failure. Now I must appear in court on 23 November because of webuycars' utter failure and blatant lies that the process is seamless and without hassle.
