*********, dishonest and not what they seem

When I arrived at we buy cars brackengate, I was very impressed by the warehouse and the service of staff ON THE FLOOR. I dealt with a young man whose identity I will not disclose. He helped me to settle on a vehicle and I began to gather the documents for financing. I left very satisfied with my decision and excited to hear back from him. To my disappointment a few days later, still nothing. I was asked to send my documents which I did. A few days pass, nothing. I am now being completely ghosted. A few days later I call the warehouse and ask to deal with somebody else, this guy whose identity i will also not disclose informs me that they dont pick up my details on the system. At this point I'm starting to become really frustrated as every other car purchase with other dealerships has been a breeze. A day later and it seems I am being ghosted by the other sales assistant as well. So I have decided to do some more research about we buy cars, something I realize I should have done before making the decision to approach them but how could I not trust them if they market themselves so well over the radio?????

I feel like the sales assistants that 'helped' me were guardian angels. Ghosting me as a sign to not go through with this purchase as in their hearts they know the truth.

I sit here grateful that I was ghosted and the sale did not go through. I would probably be sitting with a faulty vehicle right now. How can your company be this dishonest. People should be informed first hand that cars are being sold as is! Your business is ********* and I will always spread the word to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle- DO NOT APPROACH WE BUY CARS.
