The only words I have is *********! My husband was asked to pay a deposit to secure the vehicle. Our finance was approved within minutes. He was then advised that there was another person who did an offer to purchase with no deposit. We were told to wait and if the other persons finance was not approved we could have it. The next day we were told we needed to wait until 3pm but not to worry cause the other persons finance was not approved.The manager then called after 3pm to say we could have it. Within minutes he called back to say no we cannot have it and we needed to wait until 6pm . He then called back to say sorry the other persons finance was approved and we cannot have it. Tell me this does not sound *****? Is it that you just didn’t want to sell the vehicle to us? When asked if we could have a call from Mr Faan we are told you will never speak to him. Seriously your service is **********! I am shocked At the way you conduct your business .
