Unenethical business practices

My son and I visited We buy cars branch in Germiston.He saw a BMW118i that he liked. The cost was R198 900.00 ,which is R25000.00 (approx.)over the retail value. The car has an oil leak which cost R 9000.00 to repair .An extended warranty R7 740.00,Plus normal delivery & lic fee R3500(approx.).I was told that if I do not accept the quote to fix the leak and accept the warranty then I have to pay cash or they will cancel the deal?I advised the senior staff that we do not have an amount of R222 500.00 lying around,to which he rep**** that"80 % of our customers transact using cash"?. My son is in his first job earning a meagre salary and worked hard for his deposit. For there staff to make such blatantly arrogant statements in a society where high levels of poverty an inequality prevails ,is shockingly insensitive and disrepectful.I need a senior management to look into this matter and coreect it.it would be interesting to note what the greater public who buys there product and services think about the ethical and moral standards they uphold.I want this problem fixed asap
