Undisclosed vehicle fault (damaged steering rack) on a vehicle that has DEKRA vehicle roadworthy clearance

My mum-in-law purchased a car through WebuyCars for my hubby and I, The issue is that there is major damage to the steering rack of the vehicle which was not disclosed on the DEKRA report (note there were other issues also picked up that were also not on the vehicle report prior to purchase) and this vehicle was deemed roadworthy with no major issues, the damaged steering rack is now causing other issues to arise. We have made numerous calls to WebuyCars and they have made us run around getting quotes and wasting our time and money as the vehicle has to be plugged into a diagnostics machine each time and this is at our cost. Their policy is to use any RMI approved workshop close to the customer, They are unable to decide which repair workshop to use as it is more expensive due to the parts having to be outsourced. Now the agent is insisting on utilizing a different workshop which is out of our way.

Please assist, would appreciate any feedback.
