Unbelievable Service

I bought a BMW 120I with the assistance of Anthony Fitzgerald (salesman). He was honest with me from the start and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. He also made sure I was dead sure that this is the vehicle I wanted and even arranged a Diagnostic on my car for peace of mind. Anthony went a step further by calling the previous owner of the vehicle in front of me to ensure that everything is 100 percent with the car which it was. Anthony was always available to take my calls and texts and never forced any vehicles down my throat.

The car had a slight issue when driving it back to my home town and Anthony immediately get hold of the towers to come and get me. He organised all of this on his off-day. Where else do you get this kind of service?

With any BMW car issue serious or minor, it must be sorted and cannot be driven otherwise the software will shut the car down to prevent stress on the engine. My issue was minor so I was not upset at all. Anthony got hold of the manager Sean and office manager Heidi to assist me with: * getting my car repaired fully * booking me into a guesthouse * arranging transport to guesthouse * arranging a plane ticket to my home town as well as transport to OR Tambo * delivering my fully repaired vehicle to my home 1200 km away

WE SELL CARS took care of all the above mentioned costs...Name one dealer that cares this much about their clients? I cannot think of any. In a world of dishonesty, cheating and lies, WE SELL CARS stands above the rest and are nothing but honest, trustworthy people.

I also want to give a special mention to Heidi who was in constant contact with me, after my car issue. She arranged meal vouchers at the guesthouse and did everything for me incredibly fast. Heidi was in constant communication with me even after hours Saturday and Sunday. She is a caring person who obviously is very passionate about her job. Thank you Heidi.

I didn't deal much with Sean the manager, but I assume he is the man who oversees these kind of situations. Sean I am grateful to you as well, thanks for your warm reception and handling my situation, cheers mate.
