UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE

Been trying to get finance from WeBuyCars in Germiston, but due to them not giving ANY kind of feedback, I have lost out on two vehicles that we wanted to apply for already. No matter how many e-mails or call you put to Thandekile Mabuza, there is no response. Every time I phoned I held on for OVER 20 minutes without it being answered. And e-mails get read, but not responded to. If that is the rate of service that WeBuyCars in Germiston supply, it is a wonder they have not gone out of business yet.
