Unacceptable poor service still waiting for the towing of my vehicle.

I log a complaint regarding my Tiguan TSI Mechanical /Electrical problem. I refer my complaint to MIOSA and they made a recoomendation to WE BUY CARS. Mr Wynand Pieters advise that they will arrange towing for last week Monday 14/11/2022 to pick up the vehicle. A week later no tow truck has arrive to pick up my vehicle. I did send numerous emails to Wynand but he is not responding to my mails. I am sitting with a mechanical vehicle problem since the day I bought it and I struglle since last year with them. Can someone please help me as I really get ****ed off the way they treat me.
