Unable to get refund back

Went to their Silverlakes show room. liked a car, completed the online process, had to do it twice and made the R5000 deposit onsite as requested. Next day receive a message that they have secured finance but that the car I wanted has been sold. Have since not been able to get the R5000 deposit back.
