Unable to get my roadworthy certificate

I bought a car from we buy cars jhb south.

Firstly on the day of collection the salesperson was not there, and didn't even bother to give me a call afterwards as the sale was done.

I have been trying to contact him to get the roadworthy certificate to register the car under my name and get new number plates as they are unable to assist with registration in another province ( I totally understand that ) .

But I have now called, mailed and whatup several times to literally no avail, and if I don't get the roadworthy certificate I will be facing penalties. Which is totally unacceptable.

I however have to commend the FNI who assisted me , she was a pleasure to work with and if it wasn't for her I would not of concluded the deal.

Also the buyers of my previous vehicle was extremely professional and helpful.

So webuycars.co.za I did not expect this level of service from you.
