Unable to buy a car because car keys are missing

I went to the Richmond branch on Sunday 20th to buy a car. I was told the keys are missing, a locksmith would come the following day as it was weekend. I paid a reservation for the car, on Monday I went back, waited the whole day the locksmith never showed up. It's Wednesday the 23rd and I still can't get the car because the locksmith named Bruce is not answering his phone. How can it be that a company this size depends on a single locksmith? By far the worst car buying experience
