*****ulent Webuycars auction

I recently purchased a Mercedes 320 CDI on their online auction. It was sold with a gold Dekra report and no major issues were noted. The car has done 109 k. After my mechanic had a check done he told me that various panels had been resprayed, about 5 in total and that it’s been in an accident. Gearbox faulty and engine had been out, hard cranking , injection faults, faulty brakes, both front CV joints broken, rear lights not working. The list continues. It wouldn’t pass any roadworthy. My various appeals to Webuycars to solve this misleading report and buy back the car remains unanswered after two weeks. Now I will involve an attorney and go that route. Never trust anything Webuycars sell and stay away from car auctions ! Bottom sc**** car dealers.
