*****ulent Dekra reports. Sell cars with major obvious faults claiming there's none.

I bought a vehicle - 2006 Touareg on auction from WeBuyCars (Richmond WC) based on their Dekra report that showed the vehicle to be in excellent condition and the summary noted that the vehicle had "no roadworthy relevant issues". 1. I collected the vehicle and their immediately was stuck in the parking lot with a stuck handbrake which I had to google to get unstuck (since they closed up shop as I walked out the door). 2. Rear tyres were almost completely flat driving home = luckily someone pointed it out en-route and I stopped at a petrol station to inflate them

I then took it to get roadworthy done at Dekra Strand. That's when all the faults came out very quickly. 3. Massive oil leak - as in severe leak that dumped all my oil over 500km 4. Reverse light and rear fog lights dead - one light did not even have a bulb in it, so no ways that it could have worked when they tested it. 5. Left upper ballpoint gone and needs to be replaced 6. both upper control arm bushes worn and needs to be replaced 7. open wiring above gearbox 8. open wiring behind headlight 9. Windscreen washer not working - pipe broken 10. Rear middle safety belt cut off completely and hidden in the interior video, but just hanging into the boot when I collected 11. Battery is on its way out and I had to charge it a few times now to get cold starts. (consider it is summer now and not cold)

This is all roadworthy relevant, not cosmetic stuff. This is also stuff that would have prevented me from buying the car if I had seen an honest report.

Non roadworthy issues: 12. Reverse camera not working 13. Running gear faults - air suspension issues

After complaining, they told me they do Dekra inhouse - their own staff in the back, and not at an actual Dekra branch. So that is not a real Dekra test. They then told me I signed the Dekra report and rules of Auction and that they wash their hands off it. My problem now.

Information on that report is *****ULENT and so what i signed for is not what I got. That veto's their rules of auction and makes them a *****ulent company. So ****ming reports to sell cars, then *****ing your money. Yes, that's webuycars.

And don't come on here commenting "We are busy investigating the matter and will provide you with feedback as soon as possible." You are not sorry. You ***** hard earned money and give people **** cars. If you were sorry, there would not be so many 1star reviews on here.
