I bought a car (financed) at the Silverlakes branch in sept with a clean dekra report, when we took the car home the engine light was illuminated. I was instructed to take the car back to a workshop 80km from my home when I was told I cant drive it any further - after three weeks my newly bought car is still standing there at the workshop waiting for insurance to approve the repair process. You can shove the car at this stage. Your service sucks, all of you have an extremely *** attitude, honestly. They dont give a **** that their customers are left stranded with no transport
