Two cars with problems - WeBuyCars don't care.

I bought 2 cars at the same time. A Nissan Juke and a Nissan Qashqai - both 2013 models. Both were serviced and I paid for the repairs noted during the service etc.

Soon as I drove the Qashqai I found that it pulled to the left. Next day took it to Tiger Wheel and Tyre only to be shown that the repair in the CV joint had created more damage and oil was leaking. WeBuyCars said go back to the garage that repaired the car. so I did. they said go back to WeBuyCars, which I did. No one wants to help me resolve the problem so ended up at Nissan itself to be told that there is over R8000 of damage to the CV's joints (Which have just been repaired!!!) and not only that but over R10k repairs needed on the Throttle body. I still don't have possession of my Warranty documents. I still don't have possession of the invoice for repairs done under WeBuyCars supervision (the costs of which were paid for myself). Its now 4 weeks since purchase. The Managers of WeBuyCars never, ever, ring you. Not once. I cannot tell you how many times I've requested feedback and a call from a manager. That I find just totally unacceptable. Once you've bought the car they want nothing to do with you.

The Juke, well just as we were about to drive it out I showed the salesman that the one door actually looked a different color. Since most of the inspection was inside the warehouse the lighting had hidden the door color. Again, going to a bodywork mechanic got told the door had been damaged, badly filled and resprayed the wrong color. I told WeBuyCars - and yes you guessed it - not their problem. But why didn't they disclose this to us when we were inspecting the car? They take advantage of people who are '********' in regards to cars. Oh look two unsuspecting women - lets pull a fast one! It seems once they have your money you are history to them. If you were to ask me if I would recommend them - most certainly not. Which branch - Midstream.
