Tshifiso ( hope that the spelling is correct) made an appointment for the 19 Feb to assess my car. - he was late with no apology but that could be due to the poor weather, although an apology would be appreciated. I stood for at least 3 or 4 minutes in the rain while he wrapped up a personal call, had I not intervened he probably would have continued. Without apologising for the personal call said he still requires 30 minutes to assess and test drive the car . - I have sold two other cars with you before with wonderful service and so you were my first choice. - I said that there are other players in this market including weelee and sell my car. - to which he said so should I continue or stop. - Ian from sell my car was here a few minutes ago. He apologised for being 2 minutes late. They did not get the price that I want but webuycars can take a lesson in humility from them.
