Trying to purchase a vehicle. WeBuyCars does not want the business.

The sale process is a very frustrating process and not straight forward. I would like to purchase a motorcycle and the business cannot provide a simple document due to system limitations. I have requested for a quote or a OTP (offer to purchase) document, that includes all costs for the purchase. 2 months later. I am told, our business cannot provide you with a quote. Its not in our capability. Our Systems do not allow for this function.
