Trying to buy a car from webuycars but they refuse to help.

I was trying to buy a vehicle through them, but their web site will not allow me to insert any amount above R9999 on their application forms. So I tried to phone their customer care and inform them about the issue. The moment I told them I have an issue with their web site. The line gets disconnected and now every time I try to phone them back I can hear them pick up the line, clear call center noises in the back ground and then they just hang up on me.

I am trying to buy a car from them, but it is clear that they don't want to sell cars.
