Truly impressive
I'll join the chorus and sing this company my highest praises. Their service delivery and execution are simply marvellous - quite frankly the best I've experienced in recent years anywhere in South Africa. They responded to my online submission within an hour as promised, and before the end of the day the deal was done at a fair price, and the money was deposited into my bank account. It is a pleasure dealing with WBC, because we honestly care.
That said, life is tough and there are obligations and rules to be met, irrespective of who's side you are on.
If you turn big volumes like we do, then it is absolutely inevitable that you would be dealing with problem cases on a daily basis too, it is not only sunshine, but rain too.
So let us not pretend that our services are flawless, we are not. We are people, and we operate in a complex environment.
Not too long from now, God be willing, we would be buying more than a thousand cars a month nationwide.
We provide employment to more than 100 people.
All we can say is thank you to our clients for seeing the big picture, and trusting us to take care of you.
We will always be in a bit of a tussle over the prices we pay yes, I believe that is normal, but the fact of the matter is that it goes far beyond prices, there is so much more to it than the price, and that is where we gain our competitive edge.
