Traumatic experience

Worst traumatic experience ever... don't how many times ,calls and empty promises made from this company..they sell cars once you realise the fault in their cars they take their sweet time to collect it,till I had to get a lawyer who helped me escalated the issue,now I'm waiting 2 weeks for the refund of the car which was promised it'll go in to my account within a certain time which was 24hours to be exact... unfortunately I've been waiting,making unnecessary calls while I'm facing trauma and had a black Christmas for the refund.... exactly one good reason society has taken it upon exposing the company on TikTok or Xrepo because word of mouth goes unheard...a car has become an essential need and experiencing such can leave one with an unexpected trauma they definitely need to be sued for lying..I'm tired honestly
