Trash of service

I bought a i20 from the Dome branch 3 months ago and I e been driving from home to work all the time when I decided to.take a long trip the died I tried to contact them there was no help till today ever since I bought the car is been asking for receipt even after three months still no one to help all they do is to ask stupid questions as to who was the sales man yet the car has all the details who.sold the car to.who n when but I'm the one to answer now I don't have a car cus is dead and is mechanical with a fault that was never mentioned before
