Transparency

I have tried purchasing a car three times using finance at Johannesburg South Branch, my application was successful three times on all occasion but I never got to get any of the cars. It seems they are always selling one car to the highest bidder and messing up with my credit rating. There's no transparency with this branch, it seems all they care about is the next persons income status, color, race or maybe others buy with a different currency.
