TOXIC SERVICE FROM WE BUY CARS MIDSTREAM - SADIA KHAN (MFC) HENRY BRANCH MANAGER

My nightmare started a few weeks ago after being enticed by their bill billboards I went to Jeffrey (Salesman)Midstream branch Centurion he gave me his business card and i send him a email with all my documentation for a pre approval. After having to run after him I eventually heard I was approved by MFC Bank. I insisted on some sort of documentation to see if I am approved. Nothing came forward he doesnt return my calls nor reply to my mesages. I went to go see Henry the branch manager I was gobsmack by his lack of interest and he interagted me wanting to know how did Jeffrey the sales person fail me. I was shocked. HE then assigned me to another sales person Dante Pieterse who went out of his way to assist us at all times. I was told I am approved for R129 000. But here the nightmare comes in. Sadia Khan the finance lady at We buy cars (MFC) messed me around even further she is never ever available don't reply to whatsapp messages. Try and avoid me at all cost. I was told that she is struggling to get our deal final approval cause the vehicles we choose esnt fit our profile for the application form. Everytime we send them vehicles to put on the application form we being told its not right so it went on for days. We had to get in our car and drive far just to get some feedback. Sadia MFCup to this day dont return our calls. We went pass saterday Gosh the cars we went to go look at was either messed up or doesnt start or engine lights goes on . It goes on like this forever. I eventually send Henry the branch manager a whatsapp reaching and begging him for help. Guess what it was read but to this day no response or reply. I took my complaint to Nedbank MFC after waiting a while I was told that my application was never approved it was decline due to low scoring. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WE BUY CARS THEIR SERVICE IS TOXIC AND NON EXISTENCE . Dont even bother with HENRY or SADIA they will just bull**** you around like they did with me
