Today Kia Service Centre found the stripped oil sump plug was glued in using cheap black silicone, thanks not declaring it in your so-called DEKRA report. Cost to retread R2000.00 and another extra morning wasted to repair. Kia said if the plug fell out on the highway the engine would have ceased in minutes, like the previous H100 dud @Germiston branch that ceased 30 minutes into driving. Jack is missing and wheel spanner also not declared. So beware of these ******. Was told today cannot take a trailer of theirs for a test drive-it's never been done-after buying a previous dud trailer from them. So once again beware. Was also not refunded the admin fee on the dud Tata truck deal-just the purchase amount. Vehicle didn't even make it out of Germiston branch, it actually ceased inside their yard on collection.
