To busy to assit
<p>I viewed a vehicle on the site this morning and decided to travel from JHB to PTA to go and view it..on arrival at the gate I was met by a rude security guard that required your ID book to enter...I then proceeded to reception..who gave me a ticket whilst anwersing the phone and said that I need to wait for a sales man..t</p> <p>I then waited for 30min...asking another customer. He explained to me that I am allowed to view cars by my self .I then proceeded to looking for the advertised vehicle..after 20min with no luck I tried approaching 4 salesman with no luck. The fifth guy..directed me back to reception where I supp**** the stock number straight from their site. He told me its sold ..I told him I travelled from JHB for nothing and that they need to update their website..he then told me that they sell 150 vehicles a day and there is no time for that...</p>

Unfortunately, we do sell a lot of vehicles every day and our vehicles sell very fast. We operate at a very fast pace and try to update our website as often as possible. We would advise first contacting our sales people and asking them to put the vehicle you are interested in on hold until you arrive.

I think it is important to note that the concept of a Car-Supermarket, and or a Wholesale Warehouse which is accessible to the public, these are all new concept to the South African public. So they don't have any frame of reference to pit their customer experience against, other than the normal retail experiences.
