**** TO AND DECEIVED HORRIBLY BY WEBUYCARS DOME

I went to test drive a bmw 550i today at we buy cars(dome) and was assisted by Pierre, a salesman. During the test drive we confirmed that we will be buying the car and we were ready to do the application and pay the R10000 reservation fee. Upon arriving back into the dome Pierre received a call from a different salesman (Cameron) saying he has customers who want to view and test drive the car and Pierre stated to him we are buying the car and paying the reserve, Cameron followed us to the parking bay and upon arriving he informed us he's customers are only here to look at the vehicle and we said no problem as we are reserving the vehicle and proceeding with the application. As we were completing the application we noticed they did not go on the test drive, they parked at the help desk and Cameron took the customers to swipe their card for the reserve. We had been completely deceived and **** to by the other salesman Cameron. Pierre our salesman advised we go speak to his sales manager, while in the managers office we were informed that the chain of events was ********* and unfair to us, and we were advised that the car has been unreserved and we may go swipe for R10000 and that it will be reserved under our name which we went and did. We were happy with this until shortly after payment and WeBuyCars took our money Pierre our salesman informed that his branch manager said it is not reserved for us and whoever swiped their card first gets the vehicle. This is completely unacceptable and ********* because this means at WeBuyCars dome salesmans are allowed to deceive customers and fellow salesman. The only reason WeBuyCars has our money right now is because a manager confirmed that WeBuyCars will reserve the car under our name as management said. As a returning customer to WeBuyCars I'm simply expressing my concern. Surely there is a way to resolve this.
