Tim Steyn helped a lot as I was sceptical to buy from WBC, but he explained the process (pros and cons) and gave great service. When I picked up a fault not mentioned on the report he quickly resolved it by getting WBC to fix it free of charge (I'm in the process of getting the fault repaired through their outsourced workshop). I'm at ease now and will promote buying from WBC. Thanks Tim..
