Thy stuffed up my brakes

After Michael to my Land Rover for a test drive, the vehicle returned with a dashboard warning for Park Brake, the handbrake no longer functions, and the distinct smell of overheated brakes. By his own admittance he said the handbrake got stuck and he just drove the vehicle back in that state.

I find this behavior unacceptable as it will now be for my costs to repair the brakes.
