This is poor service

The service is below poor Driving from secunda to view the car that we app**** for online and being approved already On viewing the car the sales person then told us the radio is not working then the manager said they will replace it In the contract it is stated that the car wil go for a major service but the fan belt is not replaced 2 weeks later and stil no answers or no reply
