THIRD PERMIT? IS THIS ALLOWED?

I bought my car cash on the 8/10/2020. I am currently on my second permit the car is still not on my name and my secon permit will by done again by tomorrow and I don't think it's very legal to give me a third permit.

First week I was told the car is still in dealer stock so I had to get a 21day permit, after three days of it allready being over my 21days I was told the traffic department does not have paper to print my docs on and they awaiting paper which will take up to two weeks because it's special paper and had to be ordered.

After that I got a second permit and again I am still awaiting any news as I was asked on the 11th of this month for new proof of adress as my previous one was too old because of their hold up.

I sent new proof of adress I sent the new proof of adress and no reply I again asked the salesman and he only rep**** on the 18th and told me he sent it now and will follow up and every answer is maybe today or tomorrow I should have your papers.

He would have sent me the ladys number still nothing I asked again on the 21st he only sent me a screenshot of where he asked the lady sorry to bother so late but if there is news on my papers yet.

So he never even followed up as promised.

I told him last week Tuesday my permit will end again in a week and he told me he would follow up,

I only got a message on this past Friday to say it should be done and still not done.

So no permit as of tomorrow and I can't understand that it would be possible to give me a third permit.

So quick to take deposit on the car before its sold to someone else and I paid the next day and it's been x2 months now waiting on papers going for the third permit which I can't see as being leagle.

A bit disappointing and not the best service as I thought when I went to buy the car.
