Think twice before you buy a car from WeBuyCars!!!! Bad experience ever, I bought a car in Durban branch on the 29 April 2023 and wow communication sucks once they receive money from bank. Whatever issue you encounter after you paid and collected car, you are on your own. I involved also customer service but still no response. That is WeBuyCars for you. Wrote a review on here on Hellopeter on the 17 & 26 July and I was contacted by Ashley Coltman a Customer Care Agent who informed me that my concern was assigned to Case Agent, Cheryl Chetty for assistance. Nothing happened other than empty promises.

Where is the outcome in this feedback below?

After investigating the matter, the below amounts, I would like to explain

· Delivery R3304
· License and Registration R1150 (R500 for roadworthy)

This amount is added to all finance amounts or invoices as we are part of the deal I did speak to the finance guys it was explained to you
