Beware Predators On the 15th of September 2018, my elderly parents went to the Durban branch of WE BUY CARS and test drove a Hyundai i10 ,the vehicle was pathetic .The sales person convinced MY MUM and DAD to put a deposit on it to the value of R5000.00 ,for which there was no documentation completed.After looking for other similar priced vehicles it was discovered that they could get a much better quality vehicle from a proper dealership.On requesting for a refund of the deposit they where refused and the sales person(Prinola) stopped taking their calls.Only after heated Communication with her seniors where the couples money returned after 2 weeks.
Please Be careful seek legal aid before and during a trip to WE BUY CARS cause they want to ***** YOUR MONEY

As per your complaint, kindly find that the refund was made on the 22nd of September, a week after the deposit was made. The delay in refund was due to the fact that we were waiting for proof of bank account details – we’ll be more than happy to send the proof of refund to you should you wish.
We are truly sorry that your parents feel that they were convinced into paying a deposit, and we can assure you that the matter will be addressed and that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure this does not ever happen again.
