They owe me R5000 and just don’t seem to care!

This has been an excruciating exercise. Purchased a vehicle on one of their auctions, pad cash. They are simply not geared to create a semi decent experience if you are buying!

Staff seem uncertain of processes, had to complete the same document at 3 times over, the delivery / collection process is flawed, no proactive engagement, no follow through. You’ll find yourself chasing the deal to closure every step of the way!

They are still sitting with R5000 which I just cannot get refunded! Complaint emails to customer care go ins knowledge…. great concept, poor, poor service!

If you want to sell your car, great….buying from them …terrible!
