They only give you a good service when you they want cash. Once you've issues with their products they won't come back to you.

This company is only good when you buy a vehicle from them. When you have a problem with the vehicle you bought from them they'll be nowhere to be found. When you raise a concern they won't help instead they'll keep you and promise to come back to you until Jesus comes.

Right I sold a vehicle to them which was having an engine problem I paid R60000.00 to fix that engine and I sold it back to them without any issues. I explained everything to them but still they ******** me because I was in need of cash urgent. On top of ******** me they continue on charging me R1700.00 for not getting a new licence disk. When I went to Licence department for another vehicle license disc of a vehicle I bought from them. I was told I can't have licence for 1 vehicle as I still have 2 vehicle on the system under my name. I explained to them that I sold the other vehicle back at WeBuyCars and they charged me R1700.00 for not getting a license disc for that vehicle. The consultant said I should pay for all vehicle or else I won't get a new disc for the current vehicle. I was forced to pay for them both. Now I raised a concern at WeBuyCars and the consultant Ashley asked me to submit all proof of payment of which I did that. Since then is no where to be found whenever I call it is either will tell me is still waiting for a feedback or she doesn't respond to me at all. I was expecting to get my refund the very same day but now it is more than 72hrs. No respond at all. I want my R2583.00 back.
