They not telling the truth and very bad!!!

We have got the dekra report on the car and it was said there is one problem on the car l, but when they was said to fix the problem on the car there was now 4 problems. On the day of ariving to get the car the gearbox was broken and the remote key was completly missing and was not informed at all. When i confronted them they started getting an attitude toward me. We tried to get another car but could find one. I told them i would take it but when we come back from holiday they muat fix the problem... we stuggled for 2 weeks and they ended up only fixing the gearbox. I would rate we buy cars midstream -5 stars if i could. I wouldnt recomend ANYONE to go there if they have a choice.
