They Buy cars, not great at Selling cars.

They are great at doing what their name says "We buy cars" We have sold a car in the past to them and it went seamless. BUT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. We had to keep following up if they are still interested in selling the car to us. No service at all and no communication. Eventually we received the car, but the extras we paid for (like fixing the scratched mag wheels) were not done. At that stage we left it because we were so desperate just to get the car. We received the car, it broke, it went in for almost two months to get fixed at our own expense (because they say we broke it) and after all that, about 4 months later, we finally managed to do the license and registration ourselves. (also a service we paid for but if we left it up to them, the car would still not be registered on our name)

Ever wondered why there are no management contact details (you work through a call center and they will always get someone to call you back but don't) on their website and you cannot review them on google??
