They are biggest ******

I am very dissapointed with we buy cars, I bought a car cash from them, when I took for a test drive it was fine everything was running smoothly, I collected the car on the 19th of October 2022, on my way home the dashboard showed engine faulty, i then notified the salesman who did the sale which yes they acknowledged and took responsibility for it. I took the car the car to the mechanic of their choice on the 17th of November, till today I am still waiting, the mechanic discovered something else and they sent a new quotation on the 22.11.22 which is the one now they ignoring. I am angry, frustrated, ****ed am just everything because i am an artist and I keep loosing jobs now because I cant transport myself. worse part I have to keep calling the call centre myself to find out what happening but still no positive feedback.I've sent an email to the complain department on 6.12.22 telling them again of my case and asking them to give me a refund but no response. what I need now is for them to approve the second quotation so the car can be fixed or refund me my full amount as I never used the car since I've bought it. or i will take another route to call EX-REPO and expose them on national TV for the ***** they are.
