There's a lady called Chane Bester who works at Montana branch that lady treated us like ******* 🗑 because of the skin colour we app**** for finance on a vehicle we were interested in we reserved the car but our application declined without any notification from her we called her she rejected our calls instead she send a black salesman to tell us we were declined we asked for a reason for decline or email from the bank we were not given anything she never answered our calls until today we went on to apply our own finance from the banks and we were approved what kind of nonsense is that she doesn't belong to that office or industry that industry deserves a person with good heart who knows how to work with people and those people from Montana if you don't do follow ups they don't bother to give u feedback
