There is a lady by the name of Danielle Botes who has no customer service at all

There is a lady by the name of Danielle Botes who has no customer service at all. For once, I thought I was doing a favour by buying cars at We but cars at Midstream branch. Her customer service is terrible. We waited for 4 hours for an invoice which never came. Later on, the supervisor came and asked us why were were delaying her as she wanted to knock off. Meanwhile, she is the one who delayed us by not giving us an invoice to pay. Very horrible service fron the young woman. Please send her for customer service training.
