The worst service I've ever received
I purchased a car from we buy cars Brackenfell on 31/07/2026.
On the condition report, it states that the alternator is working correctly and there are no warning light on the car. When we went to view the car, we noticed that there are infact warning lights that illuminated on the dashboard. The sales person Axola Mpanbani was notified and we were assured that this will be resolved by the time we fetch the car. We collected the car on 31/07 and noticed that the warning lights was still present, the sales person was informed and we were instructed to return the car the following week, we returned the car to the dealership on 04/08 and it was returned to us on 07/08, the issue still persisted. The car was then returned to the dealership on 12/08. Since buying the car it has been with we buy cars longer than with me. The issue with the car was not disclosed on the report and I have continuously asked for the service reports since we have sent it away for repairs. No provision has been made for the inconvenience that this has caused us. I have not been compensated in any way for a fault that is with webuycars
Car was returned on Thursday 27th of August on advi*****t that the issue has been fixed. Warning light came on the same day and the car was returned on 1st September I have now been advised that there is nothing that can be done for the car and they will need to do an exchange. My concern is that the replacement car won't be in the correct condition that it is supposed to be it might have higher mileage or there might be problems with the car as well.
We have chosen a replacement car that was collected at the Landsdown branch on Monday 7th September. We were advised that it will take up to 14 working days for the cancelation of the current agreement to go through, the car that was selected as a replacement was put on the website of webuycars and has been put on the website as sale in progress, I have not received any paperwork for the sale of the car, on 12th September it was discovered that the car is no longer on the website, I assume it has now been sold to someone else. I have emailed the manager Sinovuyo Gxotha after being told by customer care that there is nothing they can do and that this issue is being handled by the branch, I have not received a response from the manager as well.
I have been given no indication that the finance company has been notified of the cancelation of the current agreement, i only have their word which at this point means nothing. No one is keeping me updated on what is happening and I have to keep chasing for answers and being told they will get back to me which does not happen, I have lost complete faith in this entire process and fear that I will be paying for something that I do not have.

Since i questioned this, i've recieved no further response from them. I've spoken to the manager this morning as well and he was fine answering me until i asked about the car that seems to have been sold to someone else, he has not responded since, your whatsapp channel advised as quoted below.
'Your previous concern indicates that you were advised to look for a replacement because the current vehicle has been to a few workshops and none can locate the issue.'
I rep**** to this and got no response and then the chat was then "concluded" and closed.
I will however do this link once more
