The worst in after sales you cant get worse

My car burn down moments after driving from the branch. They told my the contract as canceled. The fire start in the engine while i was driving. To find out my contract was not canceled even though they gave my a faulty car. Now I'm sitting with a credit short fall I cant afford. I almost lost my life after just receiving the car. Webuycars is now just a missing case. They are good with the sales proses but then after they became ghost. I had to do my claims self without getting support from them. I waited almost a month to get a response from them. I am currently busy with a third party to help me its almost 3 months.
