The worst customer care

I complained about we buy cars , and it's been going a year now and still resolution, last week I wrote a review again on we buy cars and I had a reply fron we buy cars ,they will reach out to me and nothing . I bought the car cash and spent another R100k or more sorting out thr issues .this is really not right and all I asked we buy cars was only to compensate me for the gearbox issue that was pointed out the second day of purchase and i paid cash R33000 to fix thr gearbox which they sent the car to geartronics.
