The worst aftersales service ever!

<p>I bought a used car from these guys. I received a partially washed car and a sales agreement. After this they were supposed to send me the registration papers and license disk. After plenty of emails with no response I decided to get my lawyer involved as my license disk on the vehicle had expired. Then they turn around and say that I did not give them a proof of address, which I did do when i bought the car?</p> <p>Absolutely useless and recommend that people think twice before dealing with these *********** people. There is a reason why their cars are cheaper than most. You don't get charged for the idiot service you receive, which I guess is a good thing.</p>
