THE USE OF DEKRA REPORT AS A LOOP HOLE TO CUSTOMERS

WEBUYCARS always use dekra report as their loop hole to discredit customers claims, but they forget that Derkra report does'nt deal or do wet and dry test on the car engine, we recently bought a 2014 mini cooper country man on the 7th of July, immediately after taking delivery the car started to misfire then we took the car to the RMI Approved (BMW CRESTA) and we fixed all the problems on the dekra report, but the technicians did a wet and dry test on the engine and we where told that we need to change the engine which the dekra report never specified, now MS Mngomezulu is telling us that the dekra report has mention the problem of which Dekra south africa stipulates that they do not perform Wet and Dry test on the car engines
