The Springfield branch in KZN is absolutely pathetic

The Springfield branch in KZN is absolutely pathetic. They overcharged me for the vehicle and 5 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Their Dekra report not only negated to report the front shocks (which they replaced after much negotiations) but also 2 of the tyres that had been turned to the inside to hide the damages. I am still awaiting even a response from the manager James, as well as the salesman Shane. They all seem to be passing the buck and no one takes responsibility. I have sent photos of the tyres, 2 of which wires were exposed, as well as the receipt for replacing all 4 tyres and not only 2. I would not recommend Springfield branch to anyone ever. I have had nothing but disgusting service from them. Are the Dekra reports also being falsified just to make a sale?
