The salesman Yusuf Brenner was amazing

The salesman Yusuf Brenner was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient and treated us with respect. He willf definitely be an asset to the company. However, we had a bad experience after test driving 2 vehicles we wanted to purchase we did the necessary for the 1st vehicle paid etc then with the 2nd vehicle we were told that we can't purchase the vehicle because someone reserved it online after we test drove it. I was very upset and Ashley Wilkinson was very rude and unfriendly and said he cudnt do anything about it. He had no respect for me as a client who was there first and did the necessary and while busy to purchase was told we cudnt. He doesn't deserve to be in such a position at all. I would advise anybody not to deal with ASHLEY WILKINSON AT THE BRACKEN GATE WE BUY CARS Dealership. This really put me off from the Brackengate branch.
